To help prevent or alleviate constipation, consider these precautions: Fiber-Rich Diet: Include high-fiber foods like fruits, vegetables, and whole grains in your diet. Hydration: Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated and help soften stools. Regular Exercise: Engage in regular physical activity to promote healthy bowel function. Establish Routine: Try to have a consistent daily schedule for meals and bathroom breaks. Don't Ignore the Urge: Respond to the natural urge to have a bowel movement; delaying can lead to constipation. Limit Processed Foods: Reduce intake of processed and low-fiber foods. Probiotics: Consider incorporating probiotics into your diet for gut health.
