Vomiting immediately after finish eating, occasional vomiting of blood, slightly large belly compared to whole body, defecation 6-7 times a day, frequent urination tendency

May be Gastritis, gastric ulcers. But other causes need to be ruled out including liver related causes. Ultrasound, liver function tests, cbc, coagulation screen, endoscopy etc may be needed depending on various factors
