From last couple of days my stomach is in pain Dr but when it start to paining I feel like I have to go to the washroom and immediately after getting to washroom my stomach pain stops don't know what is going on other than that everything is fine please help me and tell me what should I do and why this is happening

I was diagnosed with tb in March . My treatment started on 1st April . Perforation in my intestine happened after one month. Second perforation occurred on 20st June after 1.5 month of treatment. Is it rare case? Does it pose some problem in my recovery? Can I completely recover from this disease of mine???

How long can I continue cintodac.I was prescribed it for 14 days aft I was done with the course stomach burning n pain has started so can I continue taking cintodac.

Since long my stomach not well, in march cramp frequent motions semi digested motions. Then consulted Gastro he said swelling in stomach, LFT abnormal after 15 days course it becomes normal. However in between stomach was not fully normal. Main issue started in June cramp, pain, frequent motions, nausea, mucus, mild fever, dr said infection done infection course 3 times. Lost 8 kg weight also in 2 3 months. Earlier Gastro said to do biopsy, colonoscopy, endoscopy, etc tests but i havent done any of them. Current Dr saying no need for tests, it is IBS and i am consulting him since 2 months around, some relief is there but loosing weight even while consulting him lost 3 kg weight, in between some time i am having cramps, mucus in motions, some time i am having constipation type issue as well, some time going 2 3 times motions but still heaviness, always feel heaviness and urge for motions. Since 3 4 days again non solid motions little cramp. I also feel weakness unstable headache.

Hi all, My urologist did a prostate exam to check for prostatitis. After that I had a bowel movement in 5 hours and there was blood on the tissue paper. I have grade 2-3 internal hemorrhoids. Could this have caused the hemorrhoids to flare up again?
