Stomach Problems & Remedies

I always have stomach issue. Every week stomach is bloated even I m eating at hime now. Tools are not passing properly from past few days. From yesterday night my stomach is bloated and upper side of stomach is paining and now feeling vomiting. And still tools are not passing clearly.

I am 18 years old and suffering with a stomach pain I haven't eaten any outside food but this pain is coming in some times and I am also having a Lots of gas in my stomach for a day gas is releasing atleast 10 times and also motion is not freely happening

Sir/madam in my stomach too much gas is made and digestion system is very much week food is not digest milk is very far away my range what should i do

Iam suffering from loose stool with stomach pain from 20 days. I used Norflex-TZ tab but no use. It is not complete water stool. Iam drinking lot of orsl and electrol powder also.Please let me know the proper medication. Thank you

While passing stools i feel pain and also there is discharge of blood i think it piles and sometimes it unbearable for a while It pains alot and small outgrowth swell up after passing the stools what should I do? I've attached a picture of my current condition

Yesterday I suffered from acidity. In the morning I had a light breakfast, followed by maggie at noon. By evening I had an extreme burning sensation in my upper stomach. I drank water in order to relief myself. It didn't work, so I took a pudinhara and slept. In the morning I was fine again. But, I got the same issue at noon today. This time, the pain and burn was more. I feel sort of constipated due to gas. I'm totally confused about what I'm suffering from and what should I eat. Please suggest me some remedies.

My husband is 33 year old and today he got LFT done. Sgpt is 271 and sgot is 118. We are highly tensed. Today I am taking him to gastroenterologist. Other parameters are normal. Is it very serious. Please help
