Stomach Problems & Remedies

I had my colonoscopy and gastroscopy test done today. The procedure was smooth and completed with no apparent complications. Both reports shows everything is normal (Please see attached) The doctor also explained to me later that everything is ok and my next colonscopy can be done in 20years since I am 32yrs now. However, the doctor also mentioned that he took tissue sample from both tests as a standard practice and will email me the final results in few weeks. I am a little worried about this coz if the report is normal and nothing abnormal observed, what is the need of collecting the biopsies from both endoscopy and colonoscopy test? Overall, my mind is relatively relieved now but I need answers for this question. Thank you!

Suffering from loose motion last 2 days, What is the correct dosage of powergyl suspension for me or should I take anything else

Hi Doctor, I've been suffering from acute acidity and headache from the past 2-3 years. Usually if acidity starts then headache follows and vice-versa. We've tried all possible medication for both but neither of the problem seems to get cured and once acidity and headache kick in then it takes a good 4-5 days to go. Any medicine that I take is of no use. I'm residing in Delhi and would really appreciate if you could guide me to a solution. I can visit any doctor in Delhi NCR for the treatment. Thanks, Shristi.

I have been asked not to take any laxatives during colon transit study(started today) .Can I have fiber rich fruits and vegetables or do I need to limit them also?Kindly answer
