My doctor's done a barium swallow x ray and they found that I am suffering from esophagus spasm in lower side of esophagus around 10 cm. They advised to do a dilation for cleaning but because of the narrowing in lower side during the dilation it mau be possible the esophagus may be damaged or break ao in tis case surgery will be needed. Should I take a chance in my city ranchi or I shall visit somewhere else.? I am very much confused what to do.

I went to gastro a week back and he told I have mass lesion in abdomen. He told me to take CT abdomen for lesion suspect. I am 30 years old male, I am having chronic diarrhoea 6 weeks long, sometimes blackish, rarely bright reddish tinge with mucous. Smoker, was diagnosed with GERD 2-3 years back.
