Constipation from today.
I have gastritis and gerd from few years and from past 2 months I am having dull ache above my navel but ultrasound says normal but this dull pain in upper right quadrant is worrying me a lot and from today evening I am also constipated maybe because of this stress. Do hiatal hernia or celiac disease or what can be it, I go to washroom 3-4 times to clear my bowels I think I suffer from ibs diarrhea from few years. Is my stomach dull pain and constipation related to any bowel obstruction or what.

These are SYMPTOMS of IBS. GASTRITIS may or may not be present along with it
The main Treatment of ibs is diet and lifestyle changes.
Medicines have limited role.
