I have pain in my left abdomen and pain rises to my back specially while eating. I also have regular bloating issues. Is there an issue with kidney/liver and which type of doctor should I refer to

I am male 33 yrs,un married,One year back i was gone under inguinal surgery in right side. Now i am alright, but I am facing difficulty when attempting to sit. I like to sit on floor. Hi Doctor, I am having flatulence for 3 years, I had visited more than 6 doctors, and they thought I am affect with acid reflux, and prescribed for acid reflux. I continued for 3 years. After taking these medicine it's make me worse in the digestion and flatulence. Finally one doctor prescribed antibiotics with pro biotic rifaximin for 5 days. It's helped for 1 week relief. Again the symptoms started. How to improve my symptoms and digestion. I thought took acid blocker for long time, it's affected my acid production in my stomach. Low level acid for the reason for the symptoms developed severe.

Since past 2 days, getting stomach ache after having food with urge to pass motion and after passing motion feels better but also feels very tired. The motion looks a little foamy. She tried taking eldoper tablets but not much use. She is allergic to Penicillin based medication. Slight body ache but no fever or vomitting. 1 or 2 times it has been loose motion. Please advise.
