Stomach Problems & Remedies

Hi, I am 27 year old male. Weight: 65kgs. When I wake up in the morning, I do have vomiting sensation  after brushing. I spit out sour liquid with very nasty taste. From couple of months I have been spitting blood while vomiting. The color is sometimes bright red and dark red. Though the amount is very less but I feel concerned. Please help me to come out of this. And which doctor should I consult? Is it lung related or stomach? Please help! :(

I underwent Proctectomy+IPAA+covering loop ileostomy on 01st November..I was having numbness and burning in right foot..Doc daid its because i was kept in lithotomy position for a certain time period and gave me tab lyrica for 2 weeks...After having the medicine I didnt feel better..Thats why,referred to neurologist,he prescribed the following medication-Tab gabapin 100mg,twice daily for 1 month,tab rexite plus,once taily and tab predmet 4mg,once daily dor 7 days..Ive completed 15 days and now discomfort in foot has lessened...My question is,can these medications cause problem in small bowel motility?Kindly answer sir..

I have vitamin D (7.8) and Vitamin B12 (135) deficiency, are these values too low? I am pure vegan and had fistulotomy recently. I had stomach pain 2 weeks back and doctor recommended that i have acid reflux, today on blood test we found this deficiency. My doctor (Gastrologist) is suspecting that there might be something wrong with stomach that it is unable to take vitamins, so he wants to perform endoscopy biopsy however my sister who is ayurvedic doctor doesn't want me to go for endoscopy. I am confused what to do next? Should this deficiency is because of stomach issues? Is it normal for person to have such values? I am on supplements currently.

I am facing GERD PROBLEM FROM LAST 4DAYS. CAN I TAKE WHEY PROTEIN? Please suggest the medicines for the same

Is milk or milk whitener good for gastritis?and can people with gastritis eat guava and  frozen yogurt?

I have many time headache due to gastric problem like pita like problem heance my headache obseved and many time wamiit also occur please suggest madicine.

I have constipation . I have shown so many doctor my food not move. In morning I can go for toilet. Doctor say muscle weak. I have taken pantocid dsr 40 twice a day empty stomach.endoscopy negative. Now my medicine equirex 4 times a day in which one at night time. Prothiaden 50mg 3 times. UnienYme 2 TABLET twice a day. Nurobion forte 3 times.Gemsoline once a day. Softovac and dulocflex at night. Pan d morning. But still 40 % motion. No pain in stomach. Stool movement not happening only. These medicine suit.

Do i have to take this medicine first thing on an empty stomach? It makes me feel sleepy and drowsy in class.
