Hello doctor. My girlfriend is suffering from severe vomiting and nausea since last 3 days. It started with her feeling nauseous about 4-5 days back. After that she got high fever and started vomiting and having diarrhoea. She was put on antibiotics by her doctor and now the fever is gone and diarrhoea is also gone. However, she is vomiting quite often everytime she eats something. Since nothing is going in her body, she feels fatigued and her stomach is paining. What should she do?

What is the max course of taking anti biotic drugs for gastro intestinal infection. Like sompraz L etc How long one can take these for acute gastro intestinal infection
