Hi Doctors, I have attached my mom's colonoscopy report and it says diminutive polyp - sigmoid colon. Specimen sent for biopsy. Doctor said he doesn't feel something cancerous. Would like to know your thoughts on this.

From today morning i got acidity and headache so i took Pan D tab but by mistake after one hour i again i took same tab. So i want to ask that any side effects or emergency i can face...? Please guide me in this case.

Hello doctor i am having sour and dry mouth with 2 vomiting yesterday. This is sonography report attached.

I had endoscopy today and the report said everything is normal in my upper gi endoscopy. Doctor said there is no problem. Dont think too much and try to eat liquid food for few days and then skip to solid food. But the problem is I have been on liquid diet since 1 month n my weight has gone down by 7kgs. I m really worried. Whenevr I try to swallow food it gets struck in the throat or Idk if I feel it gets struck then my heart rate increases n hyperventilating starts which is very scary. I couldnt get back to normal after that episode. I dont know if this is a problem with my throat or my lungs or my brain. I dont know who to consult too. I got chest xray done which was normal again. I regularly check up on oximeter n it shows above 96 reading which is normal according to a doc I went after one of such attack. Kindly suggest what is going on with me.

My father (61) is diagnosed with fatty liver stage II in the USG report but the liver size shape and outline is normal . Also the LFT test like SGOT , SGPT , GGT , everything is normal . Is there anything to worry?

I suffer from gerd from 2013 and from 2017 I have mild antral gastritis with gerd.actually I was operated on hip with DHS screws 1.5 yrs back after an accident and I got pains in bones from a month so I visited Ortho he checked my vitamin D3 and it was just 7.he suggested vitamins and calcium tablets and from past a week I get burning pain in stomach.is this tablets causing my stomach pain.earlier also I used to get pain when I used to take neurobian tablets.burning dull pain hungry but no mood to eat.pain disappears when taken honey with fenugreek seeds.

Hello , I have a gastric problem since 2years I was on medicine..I was lot of heart burn and acid reflux.. Before 5month back done endoscopy came normal.. After endoscopy taken 5month medicine now I don't have acid reflux or heart burn .. And I was not taking spicy food, I was taking time to time food.. But I was not getting hungry only it's it's normal may I know...
