Diarrehea constipation and mucus in stool What should i do for this problem and fully tired please help me

I underwent Proctectomy+IPAA+Covering loop ileostomy on 01st November 2019..Why has the skin around my stoma become like this?is it normal?Kindly reply..

I underwent Proctectomy+IPAA+covering loop ileostomy on 01st November..Since last two weeks Im having stoma output problem(also gas)..Yesterday doc washed stoma with  a 16 size foley catheter and ns solution and has asked to keep that inside..After that i found that small amounts of gases are coming out ,though Im getting crampy gas pain..What is the reason behind keeping the foley catheter inside the stoma?Please answer..

Burning sensation in upper stomach since 4 months , i have used multiple medicines & changed my food life style but no change

I have a gnawing pain in my stomach since yesterday morning (Dec 17th). The pain is not constant, it keeps coming and going. I'm also suffering from loose motion. I had taken Norflox for the loose motion. The gnawing pain has reduced a little bit. It happens less often now. My appetite has also reduced quite a bit. Please advise me on this issue.
