I accidentally swallowed sharp chicken bone a week ago. I feel like It is stuck on my right side of intestine. What should I do?

I am just 23 year old young man. 20 days before i came to know that I am hbsag positive at time of dental treatment. Doctor said that my LFT and USG abdomen test are normal. But my viral load is > 2×10^7 IU/ml. Doctor suggested me gastroenterologist but I confused to take treatment  between allopathic and homeopathic. Please suggest me better treatment ?

Morning when I have tea I got vomiting.. In one week 2 times chest pain.. Stomach get full after eating.. Not feeling hungry sometimes.. Throat irritation.. PPI taken for 15 days no effect.. Endoscopy done report normal.. In a month 4 to 5 times I get diarrhea... Sometimes constipation... No weight gain .. Sometimes cough specially in morning... All reports normal...

Pain in left lower abdomen after last 2 days .stool normal and no constipation.or it's gas trapped in intestines.

I have a little upper back and neck pain , and the intensity of the pain increases with the gas condition usually after the meal. I get feeling of acidity most of the times, and I always have to go to toilet 3 times a day still never feel clear. What should I do ?

I have problem IBS constipatiom problem . I have anxiety problem all the time and at bed time also. I am taking equirex twice after meal and 1 tablet bed time also. If I don't take my stool not pass. But I don't feel fresh in morning insted of 8 hrs sleep. Body pain.So now My doctor prescribe me Petril 0.5 mg. Petril is used for sezuire only. Medical store told me that.But I don't have seizure problem.

I feel some discomfort when sleep facing towards my left hand side seems like not very sure there is some small swelling or might be enlarged just below the lower most left rib. Is is due to sleeping towards left as i sleep 80% times facing my left ? Plz suggest if i need to visit doc ?

Hello, I am experiencing stomach issues since past 1 month. Since past 7 days i am again having constipation. When i have constipation. I experience pain on left abdomen. And sense gas forming inside my stomach and it rotates . And my urine is like half way through I feel unease and couldn't focus on my studies and anything at all I consulted doctor on practo but it was of no help at all. Is it ibs? How long will it take to get cure completly Thank you Please help
