I feel some discomfort when sleep facing towards my left hand side seems like not very sure there is some small swelling or might be enlarged just below the lower most left rib. Is is due to sleeping towards left as i sleep 80% times facing my left ? Plz suggest if i need to visit doc ?

My liver billirubin is 1.33 so iam getting constipation and gases also I have taken medicine razo l pancreatine

Hello, I am experiencing stomach issues since past 1 month. Since past 7 days i am again having constipation. When i have constipation. I experience pain on left abdomen. And sense gas forming inside my stomach and it rotates . And my urine is like half way through I feel unease and couldn't focus on my studies and anything at all I consulted doctor on practo but it was of no help at all. Is it ibs? How long will it take to get cure completly Thank you Please help

Hi, m 33 yrs old.inhave thyroid and I use 25mg tablet. Since a month I have indigestion issue ..I m having sompraz d 40 mg tablet for every 3 days as I feel like food is not digested . I have.motion issue too ..it doesn't clear .

Today I notice my stoolnis black color i have h pylori and takes lots of antibiotics i also done endo cbc esr this is normal to have black stool please help or need to check stool?

I underwent Proctectomy+IPAA+covering loop ileostomy on 1st November..Since Dec Im having problems in stoma output and also gas,crampy abdominal pain..Now Im getting output(after having lots of fluid,abt 7lts a day) but gas is not coming put and causing severe crampy pain,loud abdominal sounds(at times)and im also having heaviness near stoma,feeling something will come out and later it comes out after causing lots of pain..On 19th Dec was admitted to hosp after I was having severe crampy pain in abdomen.X ray done,came out normal..Again was having that same severe pain on Monday(continued till Thursday,now a bit less)it increases on having food also water.Took tab drotin that also didnt help..Having heaviness in  abdomen..Yesterday had trazogastro solution for small bowel follow through(XRay)report normal..After having trazogastro Gas is coming out(earlier also after having this gas came out)Why are these cramps happening to me when reports(X Ray,Ct) are normal?Are there adhesions?help

Hi. I am marrying a girl having acute hepatitis B as per her. If i marry her what are the chances that it can spread in my family ? Should i proceed with wedding or not ? I have a choice so I want to take a correct decision. She shared with me her 6 year old hepatitis B status report but i guess we need the latest one. In short what can go wrong with me if i proceed further ? Is it curable or not ?
