I thought piles I have bt don't know exactly what happened with that place Pla help me tq pain and itchg and burning sensation

Since last year i regularly burp a lot and have chest heaviness , indigestion,and heartburn .Got Endoscopy done which showed Hpylori postive and took medicne for that (PANTOP HP KIT)..but recently when tested it again showed Hpylori postive.... Plz sugget

Hello doctor. My girlfriend is sick from last 3-4 days. It all started with her feeling nauseous and then she started vomiting and having loose motions with fever and chills. She was vomiting everything that she ate. Her doctor has put her on antibiotics and now the loose motions have stopped and vomiting has reduced. But everytime she drinks water or some liquid, she vomits. If she drinks water, she vomits soon afterwards. She is feeling weak and her stomach is paining. Her antibiotics dose is still to be completed. What should she do?

My liver is grade 2 fatty so pls prescribe me some medicine so that fatty liver be normal and weight is 107 kg height 6 ft

Sir Ian frequently suffering with in digestion , suggest me to not get this problem in future again.

Can anyone plz tell me the reason behind stomach burn. I was given gastritis diagnosis after endoscopy. I'm taking pan20 after that. My doctor had prescribed me Ranitidine for long term use and I had been consuming it for almost 1.5 yrs and later on in the newspapers it was published that Ranitidine is carcinogenic. Since I have been consuming it for such a long time , am I under risk ? Why do the doctors prescribe drugs without prior evaluation ? When a drug is carcinogenic, why prescribe it ? Firstly he told me that Ranitidine is safe but later on he had no answers. You plz help me.

Doc i had done my lft test and the report is .. Bilirubin dirrect = 0.30 SGOT ast = 50.70 SGPT alt=105.10 Gamma glutyml transferese=315 Alt/ast ratio= 2.07 Plz help me ...is dere is anything to worry or everything is ok ... waiting for your rply
