Pain in fistula surgical site
Done fistulectomy before 7 months. Now there is a pain in the surgical site that I cannot sit. It is hard to touch the surgical site and it looks like swollen..I am also having the sensation of incomplete bowel evacuation daily after the surgery. Can you please prescribe me a medication

DRE and proctoscopy require for initial assessment... Consult... Till that you can take Syp looz 20 ml BD and further titrate the dose accordingly and for pain Tab. Hifenac -P on sos basis

As you have severe pain nad unable to sit, you better go to a surgeon for examination. It can be an abscess. Take high fibre diet , syp Lactihep 15 ml at bed time.
