Hello doctor, I had throat infection. Pain below Adams apple and moveable pain in body and wbc high and vitamin B12 deficiency in this 2 month I am suffering took all antibiotics. But not resolve. Today I went to ENT doc again he said u have H pylori is that cureable is that spread through person to person meeting

Hi, thanks for detailed history....this can be a case of Recurrent pharyngitis which happens bcz of bacterial infection or also bcz if gastric reflux in some cases...I do recommend you 1.to do betadine gargles three times a day. 2. Salt water gargles 3 Times a day 3. Don't take antibiotics without prescription 4. Tab. Pantodac 40mg 1-0-1 x 7 days (before food) 5. Diagnosis of h pylori infection can be done or ruled out after upper GI endoscopy.
