Hi Due to corona virus I can't go outside. Can a stool culture test detects  h pylori infection? I can't do stool antigen test as it's not available or any others tests like breath test or endoscopy. I have taken antibiotic medicines prescribed to me by doctor ones in February and again in May. I want to know if i have got ridden of it or not as I am having same symptoms like black stool, mild pains and burning sensation in upper abdomen, indigestion, peptic ulcers and burping. Please advise.

I am having pain in lower right side of abdomen from last 2 hours. It kids of moving to my lower back too. Can I take drotin or udiliv 300 ?

Hi, Recently I saw this some flesh coming out of my anus, as you can see in the picture I've shared. I had bleedings some times while passing stools for few years (3-4) but it was like once in 3-4 months. But recently I've been having lot of pain and difficulty while passing stools and generally it increases if I eat spicy food. This seems like piles symptoms. I was looking for some medicines for this, may be some fibre supplements that would ease this situation? I also want to mention, I had an accident an year ago, in which my back got hurt but xray didn't show anything doctor said everything is normal, but it used to pain slightly even now. I'm not sure whether that is linked with this. Thanks.

Hi doctor, I suffer from acidity on and off. But a couple of days back i started getting a sour taste in my mouth and then throat burn. I also had a little bit of indigestion. Since it wasn't going away I shifted to a light food diet and having rantac 150 twice a day. The acidity has reduced but not gone away... It's been 3 days with rantac. What should I do?
