Stomach Problems & Remedies

I just got tested ultrasound and got fatty liver grade 1. Is it something to worry? What should I do to do normal ? Report attached. Please share medicine and some tips to recover soon.

My stomach does not clear in the morning.It takes a lot of stress to get fresh in the morning. Latring comes out very hard.Even after drinking a lot of water, the stomach is not clean.Hunger also seems to be reduced due to the stomach not being completely clean.I used Triphala Churna but after eating one day it becomes the same problem again the next day.Neither hurts nor anything else, but still the stomach is not clean.Abdomen remains heavy and tight too.

Metal health such stress condition and stomach problem such as acid/food reflux are interlinked?? Sometimes i feel like i dont want to eat and sometimes i feel hungry. But stomach pain remains the same Will stomach pain improve with time and low stress.

My mom gets lower abdomenal pain. Day time it's acute on consuming food and at night it persist over night so she is not able to sleep. 3 days back visited surgeon and got the abdominal scan done. Results were normal. Doctor has prescribed gastric medicine for 30 days which helped to reduce vomiting but pain still persist. Also suffering from constipation.Do we need to continue the medicine or should consider second opinion. She has diabetics but this is d first time she is suffering from stomach related problems.

My younger brother is suffering from constipation and not able to pass stool from past couple of days. He's having pain in lower left side of the stomach and that side is also shrunk inside. I can see that his right side of stomach is little larger than the left side. He also had vomiting. We tried some home remedies but not helping. Can anyone help with this?
