Stomach Problems & Remedies

Its been 1 year, I have been dealing with stomach issue. Somedays,I bloat whole day or belch/burp whole day and night. Someday I feel aciditic and breathless. Got my endoscopy done, which shows small hiatus hernia. Was advised pylokit for 100 days along with antacid(did not give long term relief). Have been advised almost every type of antacid, to name few- pantop, pantaocid, pan40, panD, panL,sompraz, ocidL, rablet, razoL and many more.  None of them helped me in relieving. I kindly request here, please tell me how do i get rid totally from this stomach issue( to better understand my health- PS: I have hypothyroidism since 3years and i am takin 37.5mcg thyronorm and have gained weight shockingly in 1year). Please advice what should i do to get this health issue in my stomach removed forever.

Hi Docter, Due to COVID 19 not going outside to do biospy or endoscopy for Hpylori infection pls suggest is there is any alternative test is there to detect hpylori like blood test,urea breath test or stool antigen test Last time I did endoscopy I have gastritis along with reflux eshofogatis M attaching Plsease find my endoscopy report PFA..

Hello ! I was recently suffering from mild fever and I started taking doli medicine 3 times a day with vitamin c and b complex. I got completely fine but I felt stomach uneasiness, so I had my CBC and LFT. It turns out my bilirubin is 1.30, is it possible that dolo affected my liver?

It started with high palpitations from 2 months since whenever I hv meal it feels like the food sticky particles is stuck in the throat and dry cough in nose , like hoarseness and pain in in the chest tightness whenever I wake up from the sleep throat hoarseness stomach bloating and breathing problems while lying on bed chest feels tight and chest cramps in the middle and sometimes In the all over the chest chocking sensation while sleeping used all anti acids but no use please help me feeling so depressed

From yesterday night, my brother is feeling pain the stomach and today also he is feeling pain in stomach. Also today he didn't eat much and also vomiting 4-5 times. He has done the blood report as well and report is attached here. We have consulted local doctor and he has given one injection and some medicines to reduce the pain. But he is still feeling some pain in stomach.
