Stomach Problems & Remedies

I had loose motion three months ago. After that I faced stomach pain. I have consulted gastro medicine doctor. He advised USG ABDOMEN. But nothing ruled out. Then he gave ACOTRUST , RIFASTOP, DOZEP 25, VELOZ 20. I am taking them for 3 months. But the still I am facing stomach pain and sometimes gas problem and loose motion. Kindly suggest what to do?

Can I take nexpro 40 and digene for my gas problem, I have lot of gas problem after having meal, is there any side effects of having these medicines please suggest

I am feeling some kinda obstruction in swallowing food and liquid since last 2 days.. feeling the kind of choking something down to my throat and it feels like food/water is going very slowly down the food pipe. Also feels a little heavyness in mid way of chest while swallowing the food or water.

Yesterday night pain started in chest muscles front and back. Looks like something get stuck in food pipe. Painful to even breathe, then I vomited little, which give me relief. I am living alone and due to lockdown my cook is unavailable. As, a result I am having serious irregularities in my eating habits since 3-4 days. Friday I worked late and had oats porridge for dinner around 12:30 am. When I went to bed I was having headache and was feverish and so took a paracetamol. Next day onwards I am having constipation, looking a bright light is causing headaches and frequent short lived fevers. I am thirsty a lot and urinating a lot but no stool. However, there are no symptoms of cough or breathing issues. Please advice.

Hello doctor while I pass motion seen blood but some time not come and some time come already I checked 2years before colonoscopy result came normal.but now stool in blood.this type problem can lead cancer or not
