Severe back and abdominal pain with pricking sensation. Not able to burp problem and having a feel of something moving inside the stomach

Loose stools when non veg is taken. Is there Any particular diet that needs to be followed ? Bowel is really sensitive. Over all medications and diet for this issue ?

I want to know is it lymph nodes tuberculosis is curable permanently I asked this question because I was diagnosed with extra pulmonary tuberculosis one and half year ago and I taken full treatment that time also I have lymph nodes near neck but again CT scan shown large collapse lungs and heterogeneous lymph node found in retro pe question because I was diagnosed with extra pulmonary tuberculosis one and half year ago and I taken full treatment that time also I have lymph nodes near neck but again CT scan shown large collapse lungs and heterogeneous lymph node found in retro peritoneal region. I attached CT scan report. My doctor given same treatment this time like my previous pulmonologist but recent Doc prescribe only Rcinex, Pyzina and moximac. Is it combutol required or not.I am ready for pay for consultation who have knowledge of tuberculosis Thanks in advance.

I have that problem for past 3years burning of full stomach and reflex comes to throat discomfort in throat so much pain I taken tablet no problem but I stop tab that symptoms will come tell me one permanent solution pls.
