Since last 1 week I'm having itchiness in my anus. From past 2 days there's a sore pain and today I discover that there's a pimple like thing near my anus. Is it piles/haemorrhoid?? Please suggest something for instant relief and this problem may not increase further. Regards.

Hello Doctor , I'm experiencing heavy acid reflux and heart burn from past 1 day and especially at night times. A week ago I was diagnosed with renal calculi so doctor prescribed me with antibiotics and pain killer. 4 months back i had total hysterectomy surgery and now i am having frequently constipation. Before i was not having this problem. Though i take enough fiber in my meals. In this covid tym, endoscopy has been suspended temporarily. So why is the other way of getting tested for h pyroli. Also I was tested h pyroli ngtv in march 2020 through RUT. Can it occur in 3 mnths tym agn?
