Stomach Problems & Remedies

Hi detailed information of past and present. 1) 3months back i had vertigo and went to hospital they did ECG , bp , sugar check and all normal. Gave multivitamin.. but still i felt  weak.. 2) after a week did full stomach ultrasound grade 1 fatty liver only.. rest all normal.. 3) same week did vitamin d and b12 test. Finally got to know b12 is 70 and d is 16. So started injection and tablets immediately felt better after that.. 4) as per doctor suggestion went for endoscopy and found that h pylori +ve (erosive gastritis) and took treatment for 2weeks antibiotics and 2months esomac 40. Felt really better and after the treatment.. lost about 6kgs with the only veg diet.. Present all fyn but sometimes feeling chest tightness and light breathing  and mild headaches.. always feeling something in my throat. sometimes experiencing anxiety as well.. diet totally changed no outside food, no fatty foods, less spicy.. please hellp me on chest tightness issues..

I have a weird problem whenever i sit for long hrs for college class I start developing gas or I do not know  it is very uncomfortable to sit there is cramping near my rectum . I have visited doctor but I can't find a solution I have anxiety due to it I have IBS ,sometimes not every day once a week I have to go to bowel movements for more than 3 times continuously during morning though my stools are normal but when I go for the 3rd time my stools are watery . Please help

Cramps occurring sometimes on left. Sometimes on right. Menopause happened years ago. History of constipation. Gas issues. Pain occurs once in a week. Pulls from the inside. Other medical history is thyroid. Constipation. Blood pressure. Thanks.

I was diagnosed with GERD with mild hiatal hernia few days back as I had some stomach pain from 2 months.i suffer from gerd from many years.is there any option without surgery for hiatal hernia and I had seen grocare products for hiatal hernia cure,is this a genuine product and I suffer from ibs d as always feel to go to toilet after each meal or many times in morning.do ayurveda or homeopathy has a cure for hiatal hernia.
