Stomach Problems & Remedies

For last 2-3 months I am having mild pain and discomfort in my Lower abdominal area near pubic bone. I go to release stool 4 times a day but I don't have diarrhea, due to release 4 times a day I am having pain like piles for sometimes. Also I feel pain all time near kidney area. And when I drink water my urge to pee never stops even after I pee and empty my bladder. I don't know what is happening to me 😭 Is my kidney damaged, infected or Urinary track infected or I have worms in my lower stomach or my lower intestine is infected Please help

Hi my wife is 29 year old and from lasr 3-4 weeks she is not able to regular poop, she uses loozi solutions or cigarette when she have to Poop, please suggest what to do and to whom we should consult.

When I am busy with any work or concentrating any thing I will be fine. When I am free sitting and relaxing. I will feel pain around belly button area. Endoscopy report is normal. Is ther anything I can do help with his condition. This has ruined my happiness. Only when I feel like inhabe issue with abdomen I feel mild dull pain and mild burning sensation.
