I have gas problem. But in some 2-3 months i have some acidity problem and i use gelusil syrup...how to fix it

In the USG fatty liver grade 2 is showing this report 3 month back. At that time  I am alcoholic but now from last 3 month I totally quit it and not taking a single drop. Report of recemt blood is enclosed . Ki fly suggest for fatty liver pls and how to cure the same

I am a 20 year old male. I have been experiencing pain (burn feels) while motion for the past 5 days. It started on Saturday, before which I was suffering from constipation for 2-3 days.
