GERD SINUSITIS. To recover from gerd?

How much time does it take to recover from acute and chronic sinusitis occuring due to GERD. I am currently on acidity regulating medications and there is regurgitation of food. Throat also have problem sometimes due to it like itchiness, etc. I suddenly yesterday saw red swelling in the nose which sometimes affecting breathing. It's like the inflammation of sinus and mainly occuring in right nose. The swelling is from the mid portion towards right. It started suddenly in evening after which a local dr prescribed me allegra m and nasoclear spray and pantocid. I haven't taken it yet but the swelling is bit reduced since yesterday and also breathing difficulties are not there today. I was diagnosed with infection for which i completed a 5 day course a week ago. At the moment there is gastritis issues and also stools are semi solid with mucous. I want to know about chances of allergy and what should be my next step to recover from GERD?
