I am using ashwagandha 500 mg 2 times a day from last 10 days. I am facing heavy gas from one week. Gas is passing through fart whole day. I am also taking pantop DSR in morning and also digiene. But it don't give me help. Pls help me how to get rid from gas and also advise is the same is due to ashwagandha capsule I m taking ?

Dr, i have pain in upper abdomen ( exactly in the epigastric region) for past 4 months. frequent burping and bloating. no vomitting and diarrohea and no fever. i have pain in middle of my back ( below my shoulder blades in left side). sometimes a sore throat too. i consulted general physician, he suggested me to take Pantop 40 mg and Rantac D tablet for 2 weeks. after skipping medicine for past 15 days the symptoms occurs again. i dont drink and smoke. kindly suggest me what should i do next?
