Hard stool
From some weeks I my stool is harder but not like constipation, in regular bowl movement I feel stool is firm hard and some time feel pain near bottom to pass what is the reason please suggest

This is classic case of constipation and if not corrected at this point can lead to various diseases like Piles , Fissures Kindly do online consultation if problem persists as ignoring this problem is not recommended

1.Avoid intake of oily and spicy foods especially at dinner 2.Keep a gap of atleast 2-3 hours between dinner and sleep 3.Have plenty of water atleast 3 litres per day , don’t drink water along with food , instead have half to one hour after food . 4. Avoid Non veg diet if possible , Add / Supplement with High Fibre diet with lots of fresh fruits and vegetables
