Pain in Lower abdomen
For last 2-3 months I am having mild pain and discomfort in my Lower abdominal area near pubic bone. I go to release stool 4 times a day but I don't have diarrhea, due to release 4 times a day I am having pain like piles for sometimes. Also I feel pain all time near kidney area. And when I drink water my urge to pee never stops even after I pee and empty my bladder. I don't know what is happening to me 😭 Is my kidney damaged, infected or Urinary track infected or I have worms in my lower stomach or my lower intestine is infected Please help

Your symptoms include lower abdomen pain with urinary tract infection with passage of stools multiple times. This implies that you have complicated UTI or pelvic floor inflammation If your problem is persisting for more than 2 days this is a serious condition. You must consult immediately. You  might require urine test and abdominal ultrasonography.

take more water have High fibre diet. take probiotic. if your problem persist for more than 2 days then you must consult a doctor physically.

if you have not got any tests done than go for check-up. you might have renal stone or chronic cystitis.
