Eat small frequent meals every 4 hrs
dont increase gap between meals for more than 6 hrs
donot lie down immediately after meal . wait atleast 1 Hr . sit upright or walk around
Avoid water during meals , preferably take water in between meals,
Avoid excess tea coffee carbonated drinks fried food .and spicy food
Do regular exercise for 30 mins every day
Avoid Stress .Do yoga/meditation.
