From last 3 weeks i have loss of appetite, slight heaviness in upper centre abdominal pain (upper navel). From few days i am feeling dull pain as well specially after eating or sitting in specific posture. I have gone through LFT, KFT, ultrasound, upper endoscopy, all reports are normal. I have lost around 7 kg weight in 3-4 weeks. I have got h pylori positive result in rapid test done via endoscopy.
I am really worried, what should i do?

Based on my experience and knowledge, I recommend starting with Capsule Pantoprazole 40 mg combined with Domperidone 30 mg, to be taken about 30 minutes before lunch and dinner. For your antibiotic needs, consider using Amoxicillin 625 mg with Potassium Clavulanate, along with Rabeprazole 20 mg and Levosulpride 20 mg, taken after lunch and dinner. This combination can be very helpful for patients experiencing epigastric pain.
I also suggest taking Syrup Sucralfate 1 gram with Oxetacaine 20 mg (Sucrawall from Votary Pharmaceuticals) for 5 days. Please make sure to follow up with me via phone afterward, as this syrup forms a protective layer for your stomach lining.
When it comes to your diet, I recommend focusing on low-spice and low-oil meals. Incorporate plenty of green leafy vegetables, and try to avoid fried foods and bitter foods, including lemons, oranges, and other fruit juices. It's also advisable to stay away from milk and any products made with gram flour. Aim to eat every 4 to 5 hours and avoid skipping any meals. Lastly, remember to drink plenty of water. Thank you for your cooperation!
