Fisher and piles
My mother is having fisher. We operated her still it's been three months she is having lot of pain. Kindly suggest as it's very difficult for her.

Hi there The main reason to develop piles/FIssure  is staining while passing stools caused by constipation . If you have 1 st or second degree piles. This needs to be examined and differentiated These can be treated without surgery by following this advice. So avoid straining and constipation and you will feel much better . Add more fiber to your diet and consume plenty of water this will help prevent constipation. Please note that if you have not followed any of the above advice FISSURE might have reocured As for the immediate relief apply Anovate cream twice a day (before and after passing stools ) Do sitz bath (sit in warm water for 5 to 10 min twice a day with betadine solution ) But if you have 3 rd degree piles they need surgical or laser treatment for piles
