Is it safe to take digestive enzyme supplements? I want to try them to see if they can provide me some relief from digestion issues(chronic type 6 stool as per Bristol scale) I have been facing. I don't have any underlying Medical condition. Please tell, whether digestive enzymes are safe to take, I do want to try them at least once to see if they can be of some benefit to me.
