Stomach Problems & Remedies

My five year old is having constant burps through out the day. She is not complaining of any pain in her stomach or throat. Her daily routine is normal . After consulting a doctor we used Lanzol for a week , but still she is having burps . Then we started using pan 20 and Sucral syrup since yesterday . She is still having burps through out the day . She burps even after having a small glass of water . We did not give her any junk food for the past couple of months . We are avoiding spicy food as well. We are worried. Looking forward for suggestions.

Hi , I m not able to gain weight and my weight is 45 kg height 5.7".i hve no medical issue,i hve done a lots of test including cect Abodomen, endoscopy,lft,kft, CBC,and b12,all comes normal.doctor told me its normal thing at this age...but i m scared and my appetite is low,can i take cyproheptadine tablet for weight gain and increase appetite? A month ago I had blood in my stool I was taking medicines for the same a month back. Now only blood is coming when I pass gas. It has happened twice since evening today. I am quite worried. I was taking these medications last month 1. ZOFER 2.RADOTIL 4MG 3. ECONORM CAPSULE 4. XYLOCAINE

My friend has fever since last 5-6 days and his stomach is also aching since then...fever is recurring...he is taking paracetamol but it is effective for sometime and then again fever comes back...can this be corona?
