For last 2-3 months I am having mild pain and discomfort in my Lower abdominal area near pubic bone. I go to release stool 4 times a day but I don't have diarrhea, due to release 4 times a day I am having pain like piles for sometimes. Also I feel pain all time near kidney area. And when I drink water my urge to pee never stops even after I pee and empty my bladder. I don't know what is happening to me 😭 Is my kidney damaged, infected or Urinary track infected or I have worms in my lower stomach or my lower intestine is infected Please help

When I am busy with any work or concentrating any thing I will be fine. When I am free sitting and relaxing. I will feel pain around belly button area. Endoscopy report is normal.
