Im H. Pylori positive. Doctor prescribed me to take these medicines: Nexpro 50 Once a day B vigor Sublingual Once a day Pyloduce Twice a day for 2 months. Are these medicines good. What is the use of pyloduce as on medicine it is written that it is not used to treat any disease.

Problem in food digestion, every time I eat heavy food like meet chicken etc my food digestion not good

After heavy food my stomach in not clean, after 1-2 days heavy pain stomach, vomiting and gas. After vomiting relief in pain, every 15 to 20 days my stomach pain in again, many time the pain may come in after I eat heavy food, but some time the pain start in empty stomach,

Stooling area pain when I'm sitting r sleeping and stooling I have pain about 1 month please suggest some medicine

1 year before i had blood in stools, stomach pain,weight loss and weakness. Haemoglobin 5.6. Doctor did blood test,xray and ultrasound and gave me TB medicine and told i had abdominal TB. After taking medicine condition improved, weight gained, haemoglobin improved and no pain in stomach. But after completing the course for 1 years i am again getting abdominal pain and gas issues. I am afraid whether the diagnosis was correct or i had some other serious chronic disease cause doctor didn't performed endoscopy or colonoscopy while diagnosing abdominal TB. Plz help.

Since 3/4 days by evening time I start feeling feverish. My breath feels warm than normal. But in thermometer or skin feels normal. I had upset stomach about a week back but that lasted one day. I took enterogermina for a couple of days. It was fine but since a few days, stool is not completely normal but semi solid at times. No other problem.

When ever I go for stool or motion , i could see the food which i ate 5 to 6 hours back , is it possible for food to pass in stool in such a short span of time.
