Stomach Problems & Remedies

I started having problems like nausea in 2014, so I went to doctor, he suggested some tests. As per my ultrasound report it was clear that I have HEPATOMEGALY at that time, my liver was enlarged in shape. So doctor prescribed me some medicines and I took it for the prescribed time. In later 2019 I felt the same problem and went to doctor, and had some tests. Now in my ultrasound report, Liver was normal in size and nothing was abnormal but in my blood report SGPT and SGOT levels were increased upto 83 and 69 respectively. I started having some prescribed medicines and stopped after some time. Now in 2020 I'm again feeling the problems of nausea and weakness, so without counsulting any doctor I myself went to pathology and had test for SGPT and the result was 202, which is 3 times more than normal. Please suggest me what should I do ? I belong from Barabanki, UP but work in uttarakhand (in a hill area, more than 4500 ft) Is the problem presists and increases because of cold atmosphere ?

How to cure Deformed Duodenal cap. I am having heart burn sometimes but, Having little stomach burn after food. If i take tablet i feel good there will be no burning sensation. How to heal this completely by root. What type of food should be taken to cure it and what foods to be avoided. Please help me with this. Because of this my mental health is getting spoiled. It always in my mind that next second the burning sensation is going to start. Tablets i used recently. 1. Cyra - D this Tablet i took for 3 months after that my burning sensation was completely cured till 6 months. Again i started having Meat,eggs, oily food. Again I started same as before. 2. Sometimes she suffers from pain chest due to gas. She is faces pain generally in night.she has gas problems.

I would like to explain what i am suffering. From last 2 days i am feeling like gastro in my stomach. The stomach pains a lot from front to back across the waist. The stomach feels full full whole day. Had 2 vomits . Feeling like shivering even on low fan speed.
