Stomach Problems & Remedies

My age is 41.my name is 41. I am suffering menopause issue in last 4 years. I am suffering from gas in my stomach.

I have language problem. Can u suggest a malayalam known doctor, gastroenterologist) My wife has some stomach pain. (NVD on14/07/20 at 7 months gestation, baby admit in NICU) MRI results says she has an inflammatory etiology(circumferencial wall thickening IC region) She consult a gastroenterologist and take CIPLOX TZ and VISBIOME tablets.. when she had visbiome,  started vomiting. and she has severe pain and gas trouble.

My wife is trying to concieve she is taking folic acid tablets 5mg twice daily. She's taking folic acid tablets from last 2 months. But recently from 3-4 days she is having pain in the upper right of the stomach as well as some middle back pain. The pain is sharp for 10-20 secs but the pain starts recurring again anytime. Can anyone help in this ? Is it because of folic acid side effect?

SYMPTOMS: FROTH IN STOOL AND UNDIGESTED/loose type STOOL (SINCE LAST 3 MONTHS), I BURP A LOT.                                                                                                                                                                                                                           TESTS WITH NORMAL RESULTS: LFT,KFT, TSH, CBC, HbA1c, Urine routine, whole abdomen ultrasound, blood sugar (pp).                                                                                                                                        TEST WITH ABNORMAL RESULTS: stool routine pus cells/wbc: 1-2/HPF,    Haemoglobin: 8.2gm/dl                                                                                                                                         MEDICINE TAKEN WITH NO EFFECT:  metrogyl, ofloxacin and tinidazole, albendazole

After taking amla juice continuously 3 days I feeling frequent burping and mild discomfort in adomen and throat dry feeling

Does not have any problem like diabetic. Last week had low sugar, sweating and tiredness at  night. Getting not proper sleep at night. She Feels like somekind of gastric pain moving around neck, hands left hands. The blood tests are normal. Fasting insulin is 14.5. Only at nights she feels like sweating and disturbing sleep. Please advice.

I started having problems like nausea in 2014, so I went to doctor and he suggested some liver related tests. As per my ultrasound report it was clear that I have HEPATOMEGALY at that time , my liver was enlarged in shape. So doctor prescribed me some medicines and I took it for the prescribed time. In later 2019 I again felt the same problem and went to doctor, and had some tests.. now in my ultrasound report Liver was normal in size and nothing was abnormal but in my blood report SGPT and SGOT levels were increased upto 83 and 69 respectively. I again had some prescribed medicines and then stopped after some time. Now in 2020 I'm again feeling the problems of nausea and weakness, so without counsulting any doctor I myself went to pathology and had test for SGPT and the result was 202, which is 3 times more than normal. Please suggest me what should I do ?

From last 10 days I am having frequent pain in my left-side down stomach area and it changes its position sometime to right then middle it changes...I have no idea what to do. In January I had same issue but did my USG everything was normal

Mere liver enzymes ggt sgpt sgot high but ultra sound is normal alkain phosphorus 148 doctor ne me mujhe kuch jyada bataya plz help jb ultrasound normal h to enzymes Kyu bhade huye h

Anyone who can read this barium xrays?? Swallowing and heartburn issues. Have been adviseD MRI ABDOMEN AND PELVIS Can this mri show up foodpipe also? My issues are in foodpipe then why doc says mri abdomen???
