Stomach Problems & Remedies

Yesterday after having Apple cider Vinegar and doing exercise, I had my head spinning, even if I lie down or stand my head was spinning. In afternoon I'm actually stopped and having full weakness though my head is little heavy too... Today I have only weakness and while I was sitting in Vajrasana after taking lunch, while passing gas for very shot of time like In seconds I felt my head is spinning . What should I do ?

I have been experiencing thin stools for a very long time and also lately been experiencing stomach cramps what might be the reason?

I am having severe acidity due to which i get chestburn n a feel like something is stuck in throat. I am consuming pepcia l but its results is only for 3-4 hours . Additional information- i am consuming duphalac 10 ml at night due to constipation problem

My mom..  .  62 years old..    Piles. Problem..  Not pain.. But motion problem.. Any one solution please....

When I wake up in the morning I usually  warm lemon n honey drink water after getting freshen up I usually experience that my stomach is not still clear and then acidity takes place for no reason... I am just fed up with this thing . I just want to know is there any relation between stunted growth, indigestion and hairfall ? Even my height is also not growing up I am very upset with this ..,..

While laying down on the bed on the right side ,if I laugh or stretch my legs and hands backwards simultaneously I feel moderate pain (bearable) in my right abdomen ( shown in picture) but not while sitting or standing ...sometimes I feel very light pain in different parts also as shown in pictures(these happens sometimes after eating or while laying straight)If I press it while paining.. i feel it little more for 2 seconds than it fades away... i am also suffering from acidity and gas from last three months... Ps- I am afraid if it is a gallstone but i don't feel any sharp pain....Please tell me why is it happening

I have been losing weight off late not that I was not under weight before but it seems there is some internal issue

I am obese and having pcos . Sometimes I get pinning like pain in my upper and lower abdomen which lasts for few seconds and goes off. It's.bit painfull but goes off in few seconds.i experience it rarely not frequently.and i also get acidity often.please tell what is the pinning pain  due to and is it cancer??

Before lockdown I have problem of acidity but recently I am ok but last 7_8 days my stomach is not getting clear and also burping what is problem suggest any medicine.

Dear Doctor, I have gastric problem the gas come out to the mouth frequently so I get very difficult for these reason I have consult some medicine doctor to solve this matter they have give some medicine to releif from gas after taking their medicine I get releif sometime after that the gastric problem started againa so now I am getting very problem as you know the present situation of pandemic cannot go out to the hospital to look OPD still now I am taking some medicine like Pan D , ulgel and colospa x but from this medicine I cannot get  releif my gastric so what should I do please tell me Doctor.
