I am suffering from pain, in my anus there are 3 bumps and one is in pink color and paining a lot I was taking homeopathy treatment but now it's almost one week the pain is not going n a little bit of blood is also there while passing stool please tell me what to do for pain relief

I m suffering from arthrities from last 6-7 years.l am taking medicines of it ..but I have digestion problem before taking medicines and after that also....that I eat food cannot able to digest ...my food is moving in stomach and for that I have to go to washroom 2..3 times...and also I am losing my weight day by day...I am very much worried ... I have a urine infection for ESCHerichia coli and antibiotic is sensitive for all. CT KUBshows a hypodense cyst 1.2cm in lower pole. Doc did CT to check for stone i had one in past which is gone. Is thus CYST need surgery?

I get pain in anus more likely at the mouth of the anus when I pass out my first bowel and after that  then there is no pain .there is no blood also .when I apply water from jet my anus hurts sometimes . otherwise there is no pain .the pain is only there when I pass my first bowel. What is it ?? What do I need to do??

I m 29 year old...i have gas problem in stomach too much gas problm...some time pain in chest or back..difficulty breathing....whatever eat gas will produce automatically...i have done endoscopy all is normal..can someone suggest me how can i come out of this..

Hello Doctor. I have been diagnosed with h Pylori infection by endoscopy. Took the hp kit and completed the 14 days treatment two month before. Now planning to do Stool test for hpylori antigen to conform eradication. Recently  I took sompraz L for 10 days. Do I need to give any time gap before i take test (will ppi will impact the test)? Or I can take the test immediately? please suggest.

Hello Doctors, I am feeling discomfort and feeling like something pressing or stucked near heart and once gas passes it will be free and again after few minutes the gas formed and the same feeling started, after using tablets like Acotrust, neopride, esozd cap and normaxin it was ok for some days again after that same situation repeated... One doctor advised physciatry and i have consulted then he said anxiety is the problem for it and given some medicines after that i got total relief. Now again slowly starting with chest pressure with mild stomach pain including bloating and blenching... now i am not feeling anxiety Kindly guide the correct treatment...

Am having digestive issues such as bloating, excess gas, constipation, fullness, bowel movements right after eating something. With history of addiction (IV). Consulted with gastroenterologist, he did endoscopy and some test then told me i've issues of gastroparesis. Am taking medicines for more then a month still am having these issues why? Even if i take prescribed medicines then i feel little better but if i stop taking it, it starts going on again. Am i taking the right medicines? Should i've to do some health tests? Am i missing anything? How it can be cured?

Hello Doctor. I took stool antigen for hpylori. Result came NOT DETECTED. 12 days before the test I took sompraz L (PPI) as a 10 days course. I have doubt whether this ppi had affected the test. Whether ppi has any impact on the test? Are the result accurate? Do I need to repeat the test again or it is not necessary? Please suggest.
