Lax Les In Endoscopy

Asked for Male, 19 Years

I have gone for endoscopy as i am suffering from acidity and heartburn since may after typhoid i got this issue. So i am taking daily one tablet of Pantacid Dsr. Can you please tell i need surgery for this? Or it will take time to strengthen the les. I have changed my lifestyle also not taking oily food, and spicy food and eat the food slowly. Will i require surgery? Please check my attached report
