Sir I hv done arfi scan .kindly interpreted the results.two months ago i went for fibroscan and results were Stiffness-5.1 kpa Velocity-1.3 And mild hepatomegaly with mild to moderate fatty liver.after that i took medication for it and now this is today's arfi scan.kindly see and suggest...

Ur ARFI scan is normal and there no significant fibrosis in your liver , however it does not estimate the Fat content. As ur liver has fatty changes u should avoid high carbohydrate and fat diet . Regular exercise and weight reduction of 5 to 7% of ur current weight will be helpful . If u r  a diabetic, make sure its controlled.  Get ur fasting lipid profile and Blood sugars checked and make sure they r well controlled.  Avoid alcohol . LFT to be done at 6 to 12 monthly intervals
