Almost every night during bed time my stomach gets tight and i get uncomfortable, using antacid and gas medecines like eno have now became a routine work. sometimes i even face chest congestion and it results in heavy breathing which makes ne feel very uncomfortable. No matter what i eat or how much i check my diet this problem will surely arise 90%of times. What should I do??

I entered to ug college 2 years back it is my first time staying in hostel in chennai.intially it was only when i go to hostel after vacation i use to feel for few days. Later since year even though i left hostel and staying in appartment i feel bloated belching and flatulence from lunch hour till evening i use wahroom with major gas .it was continuing daily and due to covid i am staying in my home i experienced this during pms according to google it says its normal but few days even its not pms iam feeling like this pleace can you help me
