Hi my name is shaad age 28 male I was diagnosed with gasteric ulcer on 21 Feb 2020 that's time I was wondering about my ulcer that what will be happen but when I had visited to gestrointologist Dr told me don't need to worryed about tention everything will be fine with time and medicine...Dr had prescribe me pantosid dsr and sucral and after medicine use all my pain went off and now feeling well but from few days some crepy thing come in mind that's why I couldn't sleep properly and start to thinking about my ulcer...so I start to take colozepam 0.5 and feeling well ...so my question was that should I worry about my ulcer but I don't have any pain vomiting faint but I feeling so hungry ...so plz tell me how to get rid off from aniexty...

Do prominent sized Mesenteric lymph nodes are of concern in absence of fever or abdomen pain? I dont want to go for invasive FNAC but worried if these nodes turn to cancer!?

Overall health fine, usg revealed everything normal except for a remark on gall bladder :'mild wall thickening with small wall calcification'. No mention of stones. What is the issue?

I have been feeling stomachache since 2-3 days. I don't feel any constipation, stool appears to be normal as well. Nit sure if it chicken which I had 4 days ago or water issues, but I feel light pain around the navel, which sometimes goes up till below chest area around ribs or sometimes goes towards lower abdomen. Taking light food. Still I feel a lot of heaviness and gas. I took pentab 40 for gas today but no relief. There are no clinics open due to COVID19 situation.

I had diahrrea in the month of April, Visited Gastro, he prescribed Rifaximin and esomeprazole 40mg twice a day for 2 weeks ( I have never been in antibiotic or ppi before in my life) stools became normal, but then loose stools started after rifaximin. Then i had on and off loose stools, but mostly loose. Then after a month met another gastro who put me in rifaximin, probiotics and rabeprazole 20mg twice a day for two weeks. I completed it and not been in medication for almost 1 and half months. I still do get loose stools mostly in morning, frequency is twice a day, very rarely 3 times a day. I do get formed stools which floats and seems to dissolve in water with undigested food particles. I did multiple CBC, stool test, liver, kidney function, esr, lipase, crp tests. Please find attached. I totally lost around 6kg weight. But not in the last two months. It was when diahrrea started. Now I get rumbling noise in stomach and seems to get bloated. I am having pain aur a bit of sensation on the left side of the chest , I have been having gas and constipation since more than a week, Due to work have been stressed and anxious , Though I am able to run , workout and dont feel any numbness in my hands , just was worried if it has something to do with my heart health? it has happened before too but Overall I dont have any issues related to physicall fitness , I can take long walks , run , lift weights

Please prescribe the dose of Nusam 400 to treat Grade 1 Fatty Liver with SGPT around 150. And, shall I take it empty stomach or after meal, for best absorbtion ?

This has started only during lockdown. My hunger does not seem to satisfied no matter how much I'm eating. Even while eating food my stomach makes sounds. When eating, It feels like the food is not reaching my stomach at all and I'm constantly feeling hungry. Because of this, I developed acidity and burning sensation also and after some medicine the acidity has subsided. I feel hungry but don't feel like eating or feel nauseous or bloated while eating. My hunger is not getting satiated. I'm feeling weak and sleepy most days and even feel cold nowadays. Sometimes my throat n neck feel very hot and uncomfortable. (I'm also facing severe hair loss because of this) Some days it's so bad that I cannot sleep. Please advise.
