Polyps in Intestine
In year 2018 had my polyps Removed whose history is as A) Transverse Colon : 1 cm polyp in proximal B) Asending Colon : 2 polyps of size 1 cm and 4.5 mm C) Caecum : A sessile poly of 7mm Followed polypectomy and removed all . Histopathlogical report - No Parasite /No Granuloma / No Malignancy. Microscopic Examination - Tubular Adenomatous Polyps . Positive Screen lync test - Negative . Year 2019- Follow up colonoscopy and results were normal with no polyps . Revisited doctor - Was asked to follow up colonoscopy in year 2021 Please suggest me what to do , shall I follow it every year or do something else .
