Hi, I am 39 year old, height 5'7 & weight 67 kg. I am consuming 2 spoons of duphalac for last 3 years for constipation issue due to which I feel better. Is consuming Duphalac safe. Can it affect liver, intenstine or stomach? Can it lead to anxiety issue or any other health issue if I continue consuming it? Are there any other substitute to Duphalac?

I had been taking supradyn multivitamin twice a day and I have observed blackish colour stool. Is it due to supradyn multivitamin?

Hello from past 2-3 days I have gas and acidity problem and when I eat something then after some time there is gas is developed and look like all food will come out and in right side of stomach there is gas available and it is disturbing...please help me to get rid of this problem

Hello, While taking food, if food is slightly spice, it starts to sweat from my scalp. I am facing this from last 2 to 3 months. I also have gas related problems, sometimes it pains in back. Even digestion is not proper, even I am doing daily exercise for min. 20 min to max. 1 hour.
