Hello doctor mujhe na month me do se tin bar gas ban jati h seene me. Vo trap ho jati h or medicine lene se bi nhi niklti me us time gas ke liye rabesac DSR medicine leti hu bcz m a breastfeeding mother. Or vo bht painful hota hai or breath bi nhi le pati me. Bht pain krta h seene me bilkul center me or vahi backside pr bi center me wht can I do for this ?

Gud gud sound. Hunger feel. Feel like urge to poop or pass gas after eating . What kind of issue is this

I have to struggle a lot for stool,also forming strong disgusting gas,makes my stomach unhappy. Once I consulted a doctor who predicted my fatty liver,but yet now i have not examined myself with various required tests. Gas persists in my stomach 24/7 which makes me uncomfortable & stool does not come out easily,may be due to constipation. I am experiencing change in my bowel habits with only loose stool from more than 2 months & no other symptom. It's usually gets more worsen when I have some spicy food. I am worried a bit, pls let me if it can be colon related issue & what is the next step for diagnosis.
