Stomach Problems & Remedies

Hi doctors, from past several days I am feelig pinching sensation in my right side part of stomach and abdomen. And some times on mid of stomach starts from right side. And I am passing gas very often . I have a 6mm stone stuck in right sidepart of ureter.

Hii my weight is 43m very slim I have stomach ache and gastric issue after meal m facing gas problem I wake up the also my stomach ache even sometime I feel constipated sometime OK I take pantoprazole tablet and some time erito forte bcs last 5 months m facing little sleeping problem my thyroid was normal my b12 ,272.90 last year I had scan was normal and tissue transgluinLGA serum test that was 0.7 but last 3 months m facing gastric issue even m eating healthy homely food prefer me a test so I can know what is the problem my body facing even I don't drink milk also can I go with stool test plz suggest me

My son age 13 years is suffering in vomiting with fever from last night along with abdominal pain..Slowly his temperature reached 100.2..He vomit for 3times & also having abdominal pain..Please suggest some medicines for him because today Kolkata is under 100% lockdown..It will help us a lot ..
