My father is having fever and swelling in pancreas and detected with features of mild pancreatitis told us for surgery,is surgery is the only option can it be treated by medicines?

I constantly suffer from acidity though I don't eat too much masala and spicy food and i follow regular timing of food intake. Whenever I take a nap in the afternoon I surely get acidity issue especially.

I am facing severe chest burn on regular basis and along well that recently I started feeling like something is stuck in my throat. Although it's not painful but It's very uncomfortable. I also feel pain on my left side ribs while lying on that side. Can I get any suggestions.

Dear Dr, I was fatty liver Grade1 from last 5 year. My age is 34 yr height 5 "11 inch weight 104 kg and non alcoholic. Recently my liver report is sgpt 98 and sgot 68 . And usg report is fatty liver Grade1 and mild enlarged spleen size 12.8 cm . I am worried about my spleen. Is it my spleen is in normal size according to my height. Dr only given antibiotics for 15 days. Please suggest.

Acid reflux all over upper abdomen ,chest & esophagus.Also diagnosed "Cervical spondylitis ". Need suggestions.

From about a month i have stool problem. Mostly in morning i have normal stool followed by some loose or watery stool. On some day i have dark stool and someday dark clay coloured stool. Also stool seems to have 2 colours like black like dark colour mixed with stools. What could be the reason?? Also i have some random abdomen pain mostly in the right side. Taking triphla but no such advantage. Also i eat daily soaked chickpeas 50g.

My mother  was diagnosed with gastric and fatty liver she was advised to take vitamin e for 3 months in oct 2019 after this lockdown we cud not visit doc and continued it for other 6 months now we r not getting we shd continue or not If we stop immediately she will again start feeling stomach filled with gas and abdominal pain please suggest what we can do One doc in practo suggested udiliv 300mg but i am not sure will it help gastric problem as she have food only once in day at evening 7pm

Does black stool with some gas bubbles means toxin getting eliminated? Becuase i am doing detoxing my body since 15days.

My liver function test is all normal except the ast alt ratio which is a 3. I have history of heavy social drinking (about 10 years). I have also taken propranolol and Xanax in the past for anxiety, don't know if this can hurt liver. Also used to take acetaminophen for headaches every time I had one. I am also about 20 kgs overweight. Please advise if this ratio is normal or if it's an issue

Had an episode early in the morning with raging stomachache followed by vomiting (very little blood came out too). The affected area seemed to start near intestine and has since moved up to the stomach. Possible cause: Ate chapati made from old dough.
