3colomns of grade two internal homoroids , motion not free.stomach gas.doctor wrote providac capsules for one week , movicol syrup for constipation one week. One month ok .after one month repeat. Give me solution.

You need to understand that Hemorrhoids happen due to low fibre intake and passage of hard stools. Try to make some dietary changes and do regular physical activity. You can continue Movicol syrup till then.

High fibre diet.
Avoid Nonveg, maida, deep fried foods.
Drink atleast 3 litres water daily.
Do regular walking/ exercise.
