Stomach Problems & Remedies

Good evening Sir/Madam. 10 days back my brother suffered with stomach pain slightly to the right of umbilical cord. General doctor told to go for ultra sound scanning. It was given in the scanning that he got some fatty changes in liver with slight enlargement(18cms). Later he consulted gastroentrologist and doctor told to blood test. He is non alocholic but the SGPT value is 63.7. Are there any problem with his reports? I kindly request to comment on those reports. Thanking you Sir/Madam.

Hi, i am having this sharp stomach aches since last three days. The pain is intermittent. The bowl movement is normal but i do feel gas in stomach. Please advice.

Hello Doctors... already I'd took medications for My GERD and completed 20 days course with pantop and antacids gel... breaze L for some shortness of breath bcz of acidity... I got normal after that... last night I felt strange like am not able to swallow my saliva, felt like something comes up and closes the food pipe, because of that I got panic and I also felt slightly dizzy... No pain at all , no difficulty while drinking water or taking food... Only saliva, last night... if it happen again , how to relive that??? And any prevention ??? last night full no sleep because of this... Please help...

Hello doctors my dady 67year  old. from the 4year suffering from paralysis left part has bp and sugar from the 4 day his stomach swelling last two day back not pasd urine and motion we giv them motion tablet then pass motion and urination not too much but still the stomach swelled what is the problem going

I have fissure issue from one month , firstly after 4 days of blood in stool. I tried loose stool syrup its stop my blood initially but my anus was swelled. Then i consulted a doc he gave me daflon, syrup and anovate cream this doesn't improve much. One of my family relative ask me to take pilex and norflox tz with isabgol...after this my stool still hard and i started pooping 5-7 times a day. Now i am taking Ayurvedic medicine which includes pilex, sidpiles, bolbadda ras before food and sariva satva after food its been 6 days only. But still my starting stool keeps coming hard which keep harming to continue fissure later stool easily pass or become loose. And generally i have to go two times in morning and sometimes in evening also. Please let me know how i make my stool loose.
