Please explain this sir..i have read on internet that avg liver size is 10 cm but in my test 14.1cm is mentioned as normal. And wat is Fully distended gall bladder? Plz sir help

Feeling too much pain in abdomen from yesterday..   I am unable to eat anything. Feel like fainting.

I am having recurrent acidity now a days which getting worse in nights and after having meal. Sometimes it accompanies abdominal pain also right in the middle belly below chest. I was diagnosed with ulcer problems a year ago and was advised to take perinorm cd along with pantoprazole in morning and reflux fortze after having each meal. I am affraid if the same is coming back.

I see live worms in stool. Tool Bandy plus at night for 3 consecutive days but still see works live. Any other medicine I should take to kill the worms? Feel itchy at times.

I am 30 years old Male with type 2 diabetes from last 7-8 years. Currently taking gemer p1 and glycinorm m40 medicine. From last 1-2 months, I am noticing some amount of blood in my stool. It is around 4-5 drops of it. It doesn't come regular but like an interval of 2 to 3 weeks. From some time I am also feeling my stomach is most of the time full and tight. I don't know what to do. I am facing acidity and burping problem from last week and also feeling pressurize in chest due to which i am feeling problem in sleeping. Could you please suggest if feeling pressure on chest is due to acidity or something else?

I am suffering from intermittent diarrhea since 30 days. Sometimes it would be liquid and sometimes semi solid, 2-3 times a day. I used azithromycin and HCQ for a week 2months ago as I came in contact with covid positive person. Can you suggest any medication or tests. Thanks in advance
