Stomach Problems & Remedies

Between 1:30 to 2 I wake up racing hear and elevated blood pressure many a times whenever I eat something heavey sometimes not even heavy. Can gastric problem cause this, can this cause dizziness or headache ?

Heo sir/madam i have been suffering from constipation from last 4 years tried a lot of doctors who suggested medicines,even colonoscopy has been done they say its normal have fibre rich diet ,after following a healthy diet also iam facing the problem ,my life is going to worse please help me ,iam felling incomplete evacuation of stool(incomplete bowel movements) Gas, stomach cramps day by day its getting worse please help me with this please...

I was diagnosed with mild pan gastritis, I cannot stand up or sit comfortably immediately after having food, it gives a feeling of stomach getting stretched with mild pain, I cannot sit on soft surfaces after having food, I need to sit straight, sitting in relaxed position causes the urge to pass stool and many times it does, there is no satisfaction after finishing, I have lost nearly 8 kgs in 2 months. Please help.

What are the symptoms of neurological problems related to digestion? Can it cause constant urge to pass stool and weight loss? If yes, how can it be treated?

I have a strange problem which I am suffering from past 2 years. I am not having any bowel movement and I had to manually stimulate my rectum for movement. I have met so many gastros both in US and India and have followed all the suggestions they have made like fiber ,vegetables, lots of water, walking e,t,c.. Intrestingly when ever I consume mineral water like Bailey or kinley I am having regular Bowel movements. Not sure what exactly happening with my body. I was a severe vitamin D defecient a year ago when I was in US and thats where this problem araised. Any advice would be helpful for me.

Facing burping and gases problem. Frequent farts is creating uneasiness. No constipation observed. Pl suggest medication

I have been diagnosed with gastritis and 1 cm hiatal hernia sliding by endoscopy.I am taking omeprazol 40 mg once a day. I took it for 1 month and stopped for 2 weeks before endoscopy. The doctor suggested to continue for 2.5 month once a day. Again a endscopy will be performed for hiatal hernia status. But after i start taking PPI,i get excessive burping but no acid reflux. Is this a cause of concern?

I have gall bladder single stone of 2.5 cm. I don't have any problems like pain , gastric etc. Please advise shall I go for elective surgery.
