Stomach Problems & Remedies

Since two days my baby stomach was upset seems some food poision Or some food not got digested properly and she has symptom of vomiting sensation. Vomited 2 times.. She has a fever of 101 and first I have given ondem 3 ml and after an hour I have given meftol 5 ml.. I am. Giving right or please suggest any medication.ASAP. As I am in remote area takes time to consult doctor

Loss of appetite and weakness  specially in night from last 2 months . Early morning and after dinner I feel nausea gas and bloating . I am taking non fatty diet from last 2 months because "last year" I had jaundice so I felt this might work to restore the appetite  . I continued my prescription for 2 months and took some vitamin tablet . In last few months due to Lock down I never walked more then 400M in a day .

I avoid spices and drinking but still suffer from heart burn on regular basis. What can be the reason and treatment?

Can one take ulcer treatment From allopathy without doing endoscopy? because she have stomach pain and suspecting of having ulcer because she have acidity since past 3 months and took rantac and panticod..but while taking these medicines symptoms are gone but once she stopa taking it, acidity and stomach burning is back..so she have already consulted an ayurvedic doctor and she said it might be a slight ulcer and now she is taking ayurvedic medicines for that (panchathikthakam kashayam and dadimadi ghee)..so can i do allopathy for fast cure or should I consult and ayurvedic doctor? which is better for the fast recovery?
